I'm Anna Moore, a functional nutritionist and health coach specializing in bioindividuality.

As a functional nutritionist, I specialize in using food and nutrition to treat what the health care system often labels "chronic conditions" such as inflammatory diseases and epigentic conversions that can occur from lifestyle and environment.

The Små approach centers around the knowledge and power that comes from the little things. Each bite that we put into our bodies and each item we apply to our body causes a reaction within—positive or negative—that can lead to determining our future selves. As we journey together, we'll approach nutrition from this holistic perspective, taking into account your unique biochemistry, lifestyle, and environment, in addition to your specific symptoms and health concern to promote your overall wellness. With each sip of water and each healthy decision you make, Små will help you along the journey of becoming your best self.

Wellness Coaching

We’ll Create a Plan that Works for You!

Through personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness—combining the practices of better nutrition, exercise, and the lifestyle changes needed to attain your optimal health.

With a background in western/traditional medicine, I have learned over the years that there is such a thing a bioindividuality—and it is truly the key to uncovering and treating the ailments of our bodies. I left traditional medicine out of a frustration in the lack of focus on the individual. With an emphasis on functional nutrition, I can help you get better from the inside out. Rather than prescribing medications, we’ll start our session with questions such as: “What has brought you to me today? What events in your life have created the symptoms you have today?”

Your unique plan will start with small, simple changes that we can use to monitor incremental changes within the first weeks. In as little as three months you should feel much more comfortable with your health and taking charge on your own to move forward in making larger steps toward bettering your overall wellness.
